What is this opportunity?
We are seeking an experienced, results-driven Director of AV Sales to lead sales strategy and execution for Daktronics’ audio-visual solutions business. This senior leadership role is responsible for delivering profitable growth, strengthening customer and partner relationships, and leading a high-performing sales organization across direct and channel sales environments. The Director of AV Sales will align market strategy, team capability, and cross-functional execution to expand Daktronics’ position in the AV industry and deliver long-term customer value.
What will the work look like for me?
As Director of AV Sales, you will lead the sales function from strategy through execution, working closely with regional sales teams, channel partners, marketing, product management, engineering, operations, finance, and service. Your responsibilities will include:

This position has opportunity to work from a U.S.-based home office and requires regular travel to support customer engagement, team leadership, partner development, and industry events. Location flexibility may be considered based on business needs and candidate fit. This position is open to candidates eligible to work in the United States.
What are the pay and perks?
The typical hiring range for this position is $150,000 to $200,000 annually. This position is eligible for discretionary bonus consideration. The actual offer will consider a wide range of factors, including relevant education, experiences, location, and applicable local legislation.
