Graphic Designer (Freelance/Temp Pool)

What will the work look like for me?

We are currently seeking graphic design talent available year-round for up to 1000 hours per year. Our intent is to create a pool of talent that can be tapped when we have a business need for production spikes or specific needs.

As a Graphic Designer you will: 

• Develop creative assets for Daktronics products and services.
• Communicate effectively with sales and marketing employees.
• Prioritize workload and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
• Build and maintain working files inside a collaborative file structure.
• Manage work tasks and collaborate within the marketing project management tool.
• Suggest and implement suggestions for process improvements.
• Work effectively in a remote environment using project management tools to independently manage work and deadlines.

Where is this opportunity located? 

Position has opportunity to work from a South Dakota remote/home office. This position is open to candidates eligible to work in the U.S.

To be considered for Graphic Designer, we require the following:

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, or a related field.
• Proficient in Canva, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
• Knowledge of Adobe After Effects is a plus but not required.
• Prefer graphic design freelance, project or temporary assignment experience.
• Effective communication skills. Fluent in English, written and verbal.
• Applicants must be 18 years of age or older.
