What will the work look like for me?

As we look out 3–5 years, we will be selling, installing, and supporting many types of customers—likely in applications we have not delivered to before. The products and services our customers desire are more advanced than ever, creating great opportunities for us to increase our market share, drive revenue growth, and lead sales efforts across emerging and existing markets.

Our customers expect to partner with someone who can help elevate the work they are doing and the experience they provide for their audience. We do this by leveraging their system, technology, and people. The Regional Applications Engineer Supervisor plays a critical role in this by managing the Application Engineering team’s daily work, acting as a point of escalation, focusing on process improvements, and being present in the group to answer questions and provide immediate guidance. This role also contributes directly to sales enablement and revenue generation through technical leadership and customer engagement.

  • Identify, upsell and cross-sell opportunities through deep understanding of customer workflows and system usage.
  • Participate in strategic account planning and customer engagement to uncover future needs and growth opportunities.
