When will I work?
- 4/10s Schedule, Primary Schedule– The primary work hours for this position are 6:00am to 4:30pm, Monday through Thursday, with potential overtime scheduled on Fridays.
Where is this opportunity located?
Position located in Brookings, South Dakota in our Narrow Pixel Pitch Department.
What will the work look like for me?
- Transport, unload, and store inventory parts.
- Receive and unload shipments from vendors.
- Put material away in designated inventory locations using hierarchy and FIFO.
- Move material as needed by driving route truck.
- Prepare and deliver material to production.
- Complete inventory transactions accurately as needed.
- Assist in other duties as assigned by the Inventory supervisor and crew leader.
- Must be able to work independently and with minimal supervision.
- Must be able to follow instructions.
- Must maintain an acceptable attendance record and work additional hours when workload justifies.
- Become knowledgeable of company policies and procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned and needed to meet customer and department expectations.
- Effectively exercise discretion and independent judgment.
- Safely and responsibly use tools and safe lifting practices.
- Consistently complete quality work in a timely manner including repetitive tasks. Quickly learn new tasks and accurately perform these tasks as assigned.
- Work effectively as a team member; help when and where needed, make suggestions for process and product improvement, and communicate effectively with team members.
- Must be flexible and have the ability to work in all other areas of the factory including Inventory as well as manufacturing.
