As a Trainer Developer, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality training courses and support resources that empower internal employees, external partners, and end-users to confidently install, configure, and maintain Daktronics products. These include displays, control systems, and other technologies. You will create structured and engaging learning experiences using instructional design principles, e-learning tools, and a variety of content formats, including interactive courses, videos, job aids, and knowledge base materials. You will also maintain and organize support pages, ensuring they are clear, up-to-date, and accessible to users.
This role requires a strong understanding of instructional design principles, a passion for technology, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. The training developer will create content for diverse audiences, including technical support teams, field service technicians, sales partners, and end-users.

Where will I be working?
We have a preference for this individual to reside near our corporate headquarters in South Dakota. Much of the work for this position can be done from a home office, however, occasional travel will be required to the Brookings or Sioux Falls office for training-related activities.
Who will I be working with?
You will work closely with instructional designers, content developers, subject matter experts, and cross-functional teams to develop and enhance training programs. You will also work independently and as part of a team, providing clear instructions and support to ensure the success of training initiatives.
