We are looking for a highly self-motivated individual with effective communication and organizational skills to support our CEO, CFO, and others on our executive team along with our Board of Directors to assist them in enabling Daktronics success. You must have the ability to effectively engage with all types of audiences with a high level of finesse, diplomacy, and professionalism. This work requires a high level of discretion and handling of confidential information.
What would I do?
You will manage the flow and exchange of information and develop sound administrative strategies that promote excellence. You will be required to always present yourself in a highly professional manner and communicate in a friendly and helpful manner to a diverse range of individuals at all levels of the company and with stakeholders of the organization.

Where will I work?
Daktronics offers the flexibility to work from U.S. home or campus locations. While most of the work for this role can be completed from a home office, there will be a need for you to be on the Brookings, SD campus regularly.
A bachelor’s degree is required in a business-related field along with experience in working with corporate leadership teams. In addition, you will also need to demonstrate experience in the areas listed below:
