Daktronics maintains a leading-edge network located in the Information Technology and Systems (IT) group to support the company. We have over 2600 networked desktop and laptop computers and 250 networked printers, copy, fax, or scan devices. Infrastructure includes over 400 Cisco switches and wireless access points 1800 Cisco IP phones and several room based video conferencing endpoints. Computer and device support for our employees is a priority. This position is responsible for working on the IT Help Desk as a student employee.

What would I do?
This position is in Brookings or Sioux Falls, South Dakota. Candidates must be enrolled and registered as a fulltime student. Ideal candidate should be available to work approximately 15-20 hours per week during the academic year and at least 20 hours per week during the summer.
Technologies that you will work with include: remote connections, phone systems, desktops/laptops, mobile devices, etc. This position provides work in a variety of technologies while still working directly with our internal customers.
