Our displays provide vital travel information in airports and train stations and along highways. They advertise the price of gas, store specials, and more as you make your daily commute. They also enhance spectators’ experiences at sporting events of all kinds, from Little League to the major leagues.


    This is an opportunity to join our administrative team supporting AJT a Division of Daktronics.

    • Support assigned staff to include leadership and workgroups.
    • Support tasks including accurate and timely data entry, customer correspondence, word-processing, projects, spreadsheet entry, and copying.
    • Must possess focus on providing excellent support to both internal and external customer needs. Ability to:
      • Professionally respond to requests, answer and direct calls, take accurate messages, and perform timely follow up.
      • Foster open atmosphere of teamwork and support.
      • Complete projects handed off by others from start to finish.
      • Manage multiple requests and time sensitive deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
      • Proactively prioritize and communicate workload on an ongoing basis.
      • Liaison between Corporate and Satellite office.
    • Support accounting functions and processes, including purchase orders and processing invoices.
    • Coordinate order fulfillment.
    • Maintain database for support renewal activities, including client’s systems.
    • Maintain and update bill of materials.
    • Maintain inventory and order office supplies as needed, coordinating shipping and receiving.
    • Audit monthly, quarterly and annual financials.
    • Manage expense reports for the team as needed.
    • Effectively handle and maintain confidential information.
    • Work effectively as a team member, work with little supervision, help when and where needed, make suggestions for process improvements, communicate effectively with team members, and follow company guidelines and policies.
    • Consistently complete quality work in a timely manner. Inspect own work quickly; learn new tasks. Accurately and consistently complete repetitive tasks.
    • Regularly and reliably work scheduled hours; flexibility to work overtime as business need dictates.
    • Perform other duties as needed.



    • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.
    • Minimum 3 years general office experience that includes various clerical and accounting functions.
    • Excellent keyboarding with accuracy is required.
    • Accurate typing skills. Advanced skills in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, ERP). Capable of learning new programs.
    • Fluent in English both written and verbal, fluent in Spanish a plus.
    • Background check will be conducted.
    • Valid driver's license and good driving record. Motor vehicle records will be checked.
