    Every day, in nearly 100 countries around the world, millions of people depend on Daktronics scoring and display systems for information and entertainment. Our displays provide vital travel information in airports and train stations and along highways. They advertise the price of gas, store specials, and more as you make your daily commute. They also enhance spectators’ experiences at sporting events of all kinds, from Little League to the major leagues. 


    The Supplier Coordinator works as part of the Field Services team. Field Services has the primary responsibility to provide on-site labor to install and service equipment out in the field on behalf of Daktronics.


    Customers and Events Daktronics supports:

    • Exciting major league customers such as the Minnesota Twins, Denver Broncos, Chicago Bears, Minnesota Wild, Arizona Diamondbacks, and many more.
    • Frequent domestic and international events such as the 2010 World Cup in South Africa, 2008 Summer Olympics in Beijing, World Series baseball, Stanley Cup Hockey and many more.
    • International super centers including Arena Mexico.
    • A wide variety of other customers from shopping centers and casinos to airports, gas stations and digital billboards. 
    • As a Supplier Coordinator for Field Services you will:
      • Maintain Field Service supplier information.
      • Support Field Service management’s efforts to maintain Service Partner and Equipment supplier relationships.
      • Coordinate and conduct searches for Field Service suppliers.
      • Maintain current Certificate of Insurance for Field Service suppliers.
      • Work with Field Service suppliers to investigate and correct invoicing discrepancies.
      • Process and file Field Service supplier contract documents.
      • Assist in the development of processes that will improve Daktronics service delivery.
      • Assist with Dispatch as needed.
      • Work effectively as a team member and communicate effectively across the organization.
      • Professionally answer incoming phone calls, prequalify and route the calls as necessary as well as assist customers as needed.
      • Be asked to perform other duties as assigned.


    • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Business or Technical Field. 
    • Reasonable knowledge of Daktronics product line or demonstrated ability to learn technical products quickly.
    • Above average computer skills experience with Microsoft Office and ability to conduct effective internet research.
    • Strong communication skills including written and verbal presentation negotiation and interpersonal. Fluent in English both written and verbal.
    • Capable of learning Go Service Pro and other software as needed. Keyboarding skills above 40 WPM.
    • Good analytical and organization skills required.
    • Self-motivated and ability to show initiative. Goal oriented with proven leadership capacity.
    • Demonstrated ability to plan and execute according to plan as well as properly meet deadlines with little supervision.
    • Available to work evenings and/or weekends.  
    • Ability to travel by air and ground. Valid driver's license and good driving record. Motor vehicle records will be checked.
    • Background check will be conducted.
