    A Project Engineering Student will support project designs for our Live Events, Spectaculars, and International markets. This work will include creating, completing, and updating AutoCAD documentation for these projects. Position located in Brookings, S.D. Candidates must be enrolled and registered as a full-time student. Ideal candidate should be available to work approximately 15-20 hours per week during the academic year and at least 20 hours per week during the summer. As a student you will be exposed to:


    • Communicating professionally via email/IM/telephone
    • Working in Excel and SharePoint
    • Working in Microsoft Visio (no previous experience required)
    • Prioritizing your work
    • Problem solving
    • Following procedures and making recommendations for improvements
    • Processing work requests in a Timely Fashion
    • Communicating Project status
    • Working with a diverse array of product designs
    • Interaction with experienced engineers in multiple fields
    • Interaction with project management and coordinators


    • The ideal candidate must be a fulltime student pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering Technology, Mechanical Engineering, General Engineering, Construction Management or other related degrees in their sophomore or junior year of school.
    • Strong GPA preferred, or showing continued improvement in GPA. Must maintain an acceptable GPA.
    • Written and verbal communication skills.
    • Detail-oriented with desire for quality performance.
    • Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
    • Background check may be conducted.
