What would I do?
As an Administrative Assistant for Personnel, your primary focus will be partnering with HR Coordinators and HR in supporting the strategic initiative of finding and retaining top talent. You’ll be managing candidate application information, schedule interviews, and process background screens. You will also manage employee information into our HRIS system of entering new hires, pay changes, and terminations. You will also support a variety of recruiting activities. We also continually strive for process improvement and value your opinion on how we can do things better (following Lean Office principles).
