    Every day, in nearly 100 countries around the world, millions of people depend on Daktronics scoring and display systems for information and entertainment. Our displays provide vital travel information in airports and train stations and along highways. They advertise the price of gas, store specials, and more as you make your daily commute. They also enhance spectators’ experiences at sporting events of all kinds, from Little League to the major leagues.


    The Star Circuits department manufactures printed circuit boards.  The production process includes chemical processes. 


    Production employees enjoy a 4-day work week, Monday through Thursday, with overtime being required and scheduled when work load requires.  This is accomplished by working extended hours Monday through Thursdays or on Fridays when work load requires.


    • Perform all tasks required in the fabrication of Printed Circuit boards.  Work with automatic, semi-automatic, conveyorized, and Computer Numeric Controlled (CNC) equipment.
    • Follow written and verbal instructions.
    • Consistently complete quality work in a timely manner.  Quickly learn new tasks.  Accurately and consistently complete repetitive tasks.
    • Work effectively as a team member; work with little supervision; help when and where needed; make suggestions for process and product improvement; communicate effectively with team members. 
    • Follow company guidelines and policies.
    • Be at work on time and maintain good attendance.  Work overtime and weekends when necessary. 
    • Flexibility to work in all manufacturing departments.
    • Perform other duties as needed to meet customer expectation.


    • High school diploma or GED required.
    • Ability to work in a chemically intensive and a light sensitive environment.  Will be trained on safe operations and safety procedures.
    • Good communication skills. 
    • Ability to learn quickly.
    • Ability to successfully participate as a member of a team.
    • Ability to work with minimum supervision.
    • Regularly and reliably work the scheduled hours.  Ability to work overtime when workload requires.
    • Wear all proper protective equipment as required in work area in accordance with Daktronics Safety Policy and OSHA standards.  Items may include: safety glasses, safety shoes/boots, hearing protection and electrostatic discharge wear.
    • Physical requirements include the ability to:
      • distinguish and identify wire and paint colors;
      • read fine print with or without the use of corrective lenses
      • work with odors (solder/paint/solvent/manufacturing odor);
      • lift and carry heavy (up to 50 lbs) and/or awkward items.
      • stand or sit for the full shift and have full range of motion (including but not limited to bending and lifting) required to perform the job functions.
      • maintain steady hand-eye coordination.
      • reach in all directions and in potentially awkward positions.
    • Fluent in English; verbal and written.
    • Background check will be conducted.
