    As a feed department the Electronic Assembly Department is responsible for maintaining a constant supply of electronic components to the final assembly factories. The selected individual’s responsibility will be to learn to operate and support processes on the manufacturing floor adjust programs report and evaluate quality on automated equipment.  


    • Assist with the creation of and maintaining stable and robust manufacturing processes.
    • Ability to learn various software and programming systems. Programming will include both off line programming and adjustments on the line.
    • Verify first article inspection.
    • Evaluate defect logs and cycle time studies and adjust processes to eliminate deficiencies.
    • Will be a liaison between Manufacturing and Manufacturing Engineering.
    • Review and respond to Engineering Change Orders (ECOs).
    • Review product Bill of Materials (BOM) and/or drawing to address ECOs.
    • Recommend process improvements to streamline product flow and be responsible for implementation of process improvements.
    • Assist with documentation of operation setup and maintenance procedures.
    • Assist with the troubleshooting of all processes.
    • Help build test and evaluate prototypes.
    • Work with Process Engineering to develop appropriate test fixtures for products and document procedures for testing.
    • Work effectively as a team member which includes helping when and where needed and communicating effectively with customers and team members.
    • Consistently complete quality work in a timely manner.
    • Perform other duties as assigned and needed to meet customer and/or department expectations.
    • Participate in continuous improvement activities.




    • Associate’s or Bachelor’s in Manufacturing Engineering Technology, Industrial Technology, Industrial Engineering Technology, Robotics or Electronics Engineering Technology preferred. Enrolled in two or four-year Electronics Tech Electrical Engineering or similar Technical program and equivalent work experience may be considered.
    • AutoCAD training preferred.
    • Physical requirements include the ability to:
      • Lift and carry up to 45 pounds    
      • Distinguish and identify wire colors  
      • Work with odors (solder coating)    
      • Maintain hand eye coordination.
    • Ability to travel by air and ground. Valid driver’s license and good driving record. Motor vehicle records will be checked.
    • Prior work experience which demonstrates working with limited supervision and the need to exercise discretion and independent judgement.
    • Fluent in English both written and verbal.
    • Background check will be conducted.
