    ADFLOW Networks, a Daktronics Company, is recognized as one of North America’s leading providers of Digital Signage solutions.  We are seeking an individual with excellent technical and troubleshooting skills to join our Technical Help Desk team in our Burlington, Ontario office.

     

    •  Provide remote support and troubleshoot issues with customers to resolve issues via phone and email.
    • Assist with standard service desk and customer service activities such as helping with client tickets, monitoring client devices and alarms, and client reporting tasks.
    • Process equipment for repair and return.
    • Respond to equipment failure alerts and escalate problems as appropriate.
    • Communicate effectively using positive language to understand the reason for the call/email, direct customer through technical steps verbally, and provide all necessary information to ensure the issue is resolved
    • Participate in after hours on-call technical support rotation, which include evening and weekend hours.  

     

    Qualifications

    • Three year Post Secondary Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science preferred. Related degrees and two year Post Secondary diplomas considered.
    • Proficiency in English, both oral and written
    • Fluency in French will be considered a strong asset
    • Strong troubleshooting skills
    • Able to lift boxes up to 25lbs
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
    • Background check may be conducted
    • Valid driver’s license with own reliable transportation
    • Ability to travel in Canada and the United States
    • Must be legally able to work in Canada at time of hire. Daktronics does not sponsor, extend, or renew immigration visas for this position
