    Every day, in nearly 100 countries around the world, millions of people depend on Daktronics scoring and display systems for information and entertainment. Our displays provide vital travel information in airports, train stations and along highways. They advertise the price of gas, store specials, and more as you make your daily commute. They also enhance spectators’ experiences at sporting events of all kinds, from Little League to the major leagues.


    • Meet LED display final assembly request and design harness solution, build harness prototypes;
    • Assist other engineer to build cabinet final assembly with new harness;
    • Technical issue support for manufacturing, QC;
    • Standardize harness assembly drawing and check-in system;
    • Create BOM packet for harness and harness assembly;
    • Design block diagram with harness for cabinet final assembly


    • Bachelor degree or college degree in Electrical Engineering or Electromechanical with more than 2 years’ experience in harness design.
    • High knowledge of wiring harness system: e.g. fuse relay box, connector & pin, wire and cable, terminal block, and mechanical bracket, breaker;
    • Knowledge on display networking protocol, electronic architecture, and wiring harness development, product.
    • Good knowledge on harness design with EMC/EMI, Safety;
    • Basic knowledge of Fundamental of Electronics and components;
    • Good knowledge on failed analysis and troubleshooting for entire harness system;
    • Good skill in operating AutoCAD, Office;
    • Good skill in building prototypes;
    • Good skill in DFM;
    • Experience in operating CREO/Pro-E is preferred;
    • Experience in LED display products is preferred;
    • Dedicated, hardworking and good team player;
    • Good skills to writer clear and concise reports in English and Chinese.
