Position in either Brookings, SD or Sioux Falls, SD.
Travel via air or ground to provide onsite technical support which may include field repair site surveys troubleshooting product installation.
Assist customers via phone in solving specific problems with Daktronics product associated with the Transportation business unit.
Provide excellent customer service
by gathering the customers information attempting to understand what they are trying to accomplish and determine the issues by analyzing the symptoms and figuring out the underlying problem
by learning Daktronics products systems and processes and competently and professionally representing Daktronics to customers
by taking ownership of each issue following through each situation until it is resolved and providing follow up
by doing any and all other tasks possible to enhance customer satisfaction ensure a high level of accuracy a timely response and excellent quality
Assist Transportation Manufacturing with troubleshooting product issues and testing.
Work on special projects and perform other duties as assigned and needed to meet customer and or business unit expectations.
